What is the ARISE Recovery Fund?

ARISE is a new acronym we are using to describe the way we approach all of our work. In everything we do we will strive to provide for Access to needed resources (like food); Resiliency for our communities, families, farms, etc.; we will strive to do so with Inclusivity, ensuring that everyone has a seat at the table and can thrive in our communities; and we will work so that Sustainability is ensured in the ways we work together. And we will extend this work to Everyone.

The ARISE Recovery Fund is specifically geared towards overcoming this horrible tragedy with resiliency, inclusivity, and sustainability. It will help us provide access to food, flood recovery for families and farms, and the ability to build back stronger, more resilient, and more sustainable. Programs are being developed to shepherd these resources, but every effort will be made to ensure that we work in collaboration with other partners and agencies to ensure that no one falls through the cracks, and that our communities arise from this tragedy stronger than ever.
